Xu Zhou Pure-Fiber Textile Technology Co., Ltd. is affiliated with Su Zhou Pure-Fiber Textile Technology Co., Ltd.

The company is located in the historic city of Suining County. Founded in 2021, it is dedicated to the R&D, production, and sales of vortex spinning yarns. The company’s planned investment totals around 10 billion yuan, covers an area of 1,033 mu, and includes installing 1,152 vortex spinning machines, which will be achieved in different phases. In Phase I, 288 vortex-spinning machines will be installed (equivalent to approximately 800,000 ring-spinning spindles). The newly built workshops(256,000 square meters) in Phase I cost about over 2 billion yuan and were put into operation in early 2024. All investment into Phase I will be completed in 2025. After the Phase I project is completed, 200,000 tons of diverse yarns will be produced annually, with an annual production value of over 3 billion yuan.

The company currently owns internationally advanced Murata vortex spinning machines from Japan, German Trutz cleaning and combing units, German Trutz self-leveling drawing frames, and yarn testing instruments that have digested and absorbed overseas advanced technology. The company uses quality raw materials and has established a complete quality management system, which brings an industrial-leading product quality and makes it a professional production base for vortex spinning yarns.
