Goals and Tasks of Intelligent Packaging Process for Tube Yarn

The intelligent packing line for tube yarn adopts an intelligent, efficient, and interconnected “machine, electricity, software, and pipe integration” control system, which combines equipment production, production management thinking, and production lines to achieve intelligent packaging for tube yarn throughout the entire process.


Vortex spinning machines → Hanging basket conveying → Aerial visual inspection → Unloading yarn by variety → Ground visual inspection → Single yarn flipping → Single yarn wrapping → Woven bag/cardboard packaging → Automatic bundling → Stacking by variety

(1) The system automatically collects spun yarns by category from the packaging area along with the hanging basket conveyor system. Meanwhile, the variety of spun yarns, the colors of tubes, and the information on spinning machines are transmitted to the spun yarn packaging area;

(2) The aerial suspended basket visual inspection intelligently detects information about the tube yarn, as well as marks and filters out abnormal tube yarns;

(3) The tube yarn packaging area feeds the tube yarn in the hanging basket into the packaging line by variety and channel based on its attribute information;

(4) The packaging line conducts visual re-inspection of the tube yarn based on the information of the tube yarn to ensure that the variety and quality of the tube yarn are qualified. First, qualified tube yarn undergoes single yarn flipping and inner wrapping. Then, they are arranged into woven bags or packed in cardboard boxes according to preset rules. The packaged tube yarn is automatically bundled according to set content. After bundling, automatic variety sorting and stacking are carried out.
