2024 The 7th World Cloth Merchants Conference was held in Shaoxing Keqiao

On October 24, 2024, the 7th World Cloth Merchants Conference was held in Shaoxing Keqiao. Sun Ruizhe, president of the China Textile Industry Federation, affirmed the contribution of Chinese textiles as the backbone of the global industry and market in the development of the global textile industry. It is pointed out that the global textile industry is in a profound evolution from the factor resources to the power system, from the development paradigm to the value system. The meeting also introduced in detail the current practical exploration of China's textile industry, including the five practices of promoting high-end manufacturing with quality and efficiency as the core, developing future industries with innovation as the driving force, creating digital fashion with ecology as the support, strengthening category innovation with demand as the orientation, and carrying out responsible practice with green as the keynote.
